Document Intake
Upload PDFs, scans, images, labels, forms, and other incoming documents through a controlled workspace.
NexoTori is a secure productivity and interoperability platform designed to help case-management and document-heavy teams capture information, clean it up, validate it, automate repetitive work, and hand better data to the systems they already use.
NexoTori is not being built to duplicate every case-management or healthcare platform. Its job is to reduce the manual work that happens before, between, and around those systems.
Upload PDFs, scans, images, labels, forms, and other incoming documents through a controlled workspace.
Turn document content into structured, reviewable information using the internal Junbi Engine.
Create reusable forms and map validated information from one source into another without repetitive re-keying.
Use simple, guided automation to route work, create follow-ups, trigger reviews, and prepare downstream handoffs.
Each area is intended to solve a specific productivity problem without forcing non-technical users into complicated configuration screens.
Junbi is the internal preparation and intelligence layer behind NexoTori. It is designed to normalize documents, run OCR, extract fields, validate structured data, map information into reusable schemas, and prepare clean output for the next step.
The customer workflow should not depend on a single OCR or AI provider. Engines can evolve without changing the product experience.
Low-confidence or important values can be reviewed and corrected before they are used downstream.
Preparing. Validating. Structuring. Powering NexoTori.
The NexoTori interface is being designed around obvious actions, clear status, useful visual feedback, safe defaults, and minimal technical jargon.
Tenant isolation, role-based access, auditability, encrypted data handling, controlled retention, and privacy-aware logging are being treated as foundational requirements.
NexoTori is being designed for sustainable SaaS pricing, including fixed plans, processing allowances, usage-based options, and measurable infrastructure cost.
When an accepted third-party system already works well, NexoTori should make it easier to use rather than rebuild it without a compelling customer benefit.
We are currently designing the platform foundation, product experience, Junbi Engine, document workflows, forms, automation, and integration model. This site will evolve as the product moves from design into prototype, pilot, and release.
