Portable rule
Conditions use AND. Overdue means a required unfinished task due before today in your browser’s local day. No clinical thresholds or executable expressions are accepted.
Rule files contain structural conditions/action only; no case values or execution snapshots. Case values and receipts remain in this tab session. Export Work before closing; browser sessions can be copied/restored.
Proposals and individual approval
Every matching case is shown. Confirm each intended action separately after reviewing the title, owner and blockers. Changed case data fails stale rather than applying an old approval. Closure always requires current human readiness checks. Local handoff only prepares a user-owned JSON file; it does not transmit to a recipient.
Operation results
Each matching case has an explicit outcome. Successful cases are not repeated on retry; failed and unchecked cases need deliberate confirmation. Operation snapshots and prepared payloads live only in page memory; reload requires a new preview. Session receipt metadata does not prove recipient acceptance or signed audit history.
