Map a validated form draft into a target document. Review every selected value and its lineage before exporting or handing off. Nothing is sent to a server.
Target mapping
Each checked source field has a unique target key. Uncheck fields you do not want to share. Current form values are snapshotted on load; reload after editing Forms.
Target mapping files contain title and field paths/keys only, without draft values. Reopen them to prepare another document from the current draft.
Output preview
Lineage includes form paths, canonical source references and declared calculation inputs. Source files, OCR previews and executable captured content are excluded. Human verification remains required.
JSON preserves exact values. CSV marks formula-like cells with “text: ” and includes a Unicode BOM; review that prefix before downstream import. Spreadsheet behavior varies after editing or re-saving. PDF uses your browser’s print dialog and installed fonts; choose Save as PDF.
Deliberate adapter handoff
Local adapters only: request a JSON download, or copy JSON to your clipboard. A download request does not confirm a saved file or recipient acceptance. Clipboard content remains on the system clipboard until you replace it. External APIs, email, SFTP and clinical platforms require separately configured adapters.
